Question: Who is God?
Answer: I would ask the Christian God to show you who He is. As you do this, be prepared to put aside your own thoughts and ideas and see where it takes you.
The Bible says that God is love. I like to do a search on a Bible program like http://biblegateway.com/ for the words "God is." A pretty neat picture emerges and it is a wonderful study to look up the Bible words for a deeper meaning.
God will show you who He is over your lifetime - all you need to do is ask God and then study His words to you in the Bible.
