Proverb for the Day - Feelings

Today is Thursday, April 29, 2010. Today I am reading Proverbs 29 to go along with the 29th day of the month. The verse I picked for today is verse 11. So here are my thoughts on Proverbs 29:11 from the New King James Version.

This proverb talks about how a fool handles his feelings as compared to a wise man. I can honestly say that for many years I handled my feelings like a fool. As I get older, I have learned more and more how to handle my feelings more like a wise man. There is no such thing as a perfect person, so I appreciate the information from this proverb but do not spend time feeling bad about falling short. There is no profit in guilt.
